Quick Superfood Cereal Breakfast

Thank you to Andrea Girlea for submitting this recipe. This is one of her favorite “quick breakfast” ideas! Nature’s Path Qi’a Superfood Cereal can be found in stores and online in several delicious flavors.

QUICK SUPERFOOD CEREAL BREAKFAST

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Soak the cereal and hemp hearts together in a little water for 5 minutes to soften.
  2. Add in the berries and enjoy the cereal 🙂
  3. You can add in some protein powder to the cereal too if you want.
  4. Supplement this breakfast with a good fat source such as some avocado or 1/2 a Dale’s Raw Food Protein Bar.
