How About Some Dairy Free Ice Cream?

- One frozen organic banana
- Handful of organic rasberries
- CoconutÂ milk
- Organic Cinnamon
- Organic cocoa powder
Whizz the lot up in a powerful blender, and hey presto it’s like soft ice cream -but no added sugar. It can be varied with any fruit, coconut flakes, agave syrup, xylitol,vanilla extract etc. Any combination works well.
