Hello Baseball Enthusiasts,
As is customary in our Baseball Performance Edge workouts, we finish each and every workout with some outside work. Since today was the max effort lower body day, we like to throw in some hard truck pushes to really make the players grind for each additional step! Below you will see Shane Arslen of UC Santa Barbara doing a one man truck push and then Chris Veigas of Oregon State and Danny Marenco of Canada College doing team truck pushes.
