Hello Baseball Enthusiasts,
Our athlete’s today were put through a very exciting max effort lower body workout. Featured in the video below I decided to include also the exercises performed during the SAAQ portion. Strength work consisted of concentric goodmornings (3-5 reps), KB handle squats (8-10 reps), wood chops(8 reps each side), and reverse hyperextensions. (10 rep). All this was done in a circuit fashion. The workout finished off with some good old truck pushes.
