Hello Baseball Enthusiasts,
Thursday’s workout at the Baseball Performance Program with Mike Salemi and Brien Shamp was Max Effort Upper Body. The day went as follows: General warm-up, Speed Agility and Quickness warm up (SAAQ), SAAQ, Strength work, and finally outside GPP tire flips. Strength work included concentric Close Grip Bench, Bent Over Dbl KB Row, KB Floor Press, and Supported Rear DB Shrugs. The tire flips were by far the high-light of the day. Be sure to take a look at the final set, I’m sure you’ll find it pretty entertaining; at QFS, there is no slowing down!
