Walk/Jog Inside Gym: 5 min
Core Workout: Perform the the following exercises for 1 min 2-3 x
- Lower Abdominal Curl with Ball on Beam
- Side Walk with Band
- MB Sit Up Toss Against Wall
- Reverse Hyper with Gymnastics Thing 🙂
- Dip Stabilization Hold
- MB Russian Twist with Ball
- Side Lying Groin with Ball
Walk/Jog Inside or Outside Gym: 5-10 min
