Cardio: Obstacle Course (5 min)
MB Partner Core Work: Perform the following exercises for 1 min each for 2-3 sets
- Lower Abs
- Kneeling Chest Pass
- Kneeling Side to Side Rotation (30s each side)
- Standing Slams
- Push-Up Hold with MB Push
- Forward-Backwards Bend (30s each with MB going up)
- Modified Super-Pepes with MB Push
Cardio: MB Lateral Shuffle Drill & MB Carioca Drill (4 each)
