Obstacle Course Jog/Walk: 5-10 minutes
Core-Cardio Workout of the Day: Perform the following movements for 1 min each for 2-3 rounds
1.TRX Pike and TRX Alt Leg Curls
2.Tramp Twists & Tramp Jumping Jack Cross-Over
3.Ball Chops and Ball Cobra Hold
4.Ladder Drill: Lateral 2 Step Forward-Back (1 min each side)
5.Lower Abdominal Knee Ups with MB Between Knees and Butt Pinchers
6.MB Trunk Rotations (1 min each side)
Run/Jog (5-10 minutes)
