Fat Loss Challenge Day – Total Body Workout
Challenge Day Friday
Each Friday we will have a challenge workout for you to test your fitness against others in the class or on the web across the country.
Perform the following exercise for 50 reps each-400 reps total
You can perform all the reps at one time or mix up the exercises.
- Backwards Lunge with Leg Raise (25 each leg)
- Push-Ups with Hand Walk (50)
- with Leg Raise (25 each leg)
- Modified Superman (50)
- Bridge with Leg Raise (25 each leg)
- Crunch with Hip Opener (50)
- Side Arm Push-Up (25 each arm)
- Jumping Reverse Pull-Up (50)
Cool Down: Jog Around Gym
