Fat Loss Challenge Day Total Body Workout
Each Friday we will have a challenge workout for you to test your fitness against others in the class or on the web across the country.
1. Walk/Jog/Sprint: 2 Laps
2.Lower Ab Curl with Pull-up Bar: 10
3. Multi-directional (5) Lunges-2 Cycles (10 reps each leg)
4. TRX Row-15
5. Plank Up-Downs-10 Each Side
6. Beam Side to Side Squats-15 Each Side
7. Mat One Arm Push-Ups- 6 Each Arm
8. Reverse Hyperextension-15
