Fat Loss Challenge Day – Total Body Workout
Challenge Day Friday
Each Friday we will have a challenge workout for you to test your fitness against others in the class or on the web across the country.
1. Walk/Jog/Sprint: 2 Laps
2. Walking Lunges with Sandbag or MB or Plate- 10 (25lbs)
3. Rope Climb-5
4. Wall Squats-1 Min
5. Modified Handstand Push-ups-10
6. Side to Side Jumps-15
7. Combo Crunch-10
8. Modified Superman-15
