Cardio: Obstacle Course (5 min)
Work: Perform the following exercises for 1 min each for 2-3 sets
1. Rocking DB Sit Ups
2. Side Groin Plank
3. Band Pull and Rotate With Weight Shift
4. One Leg Bridge Raises
5. Ankle Band Lateral Walks
6. MB Juggling Through Legs
7. TRX Jackknife Right-Left-Center
