Perform 2-3 sets for 60s:
1. Wood Chops with Bands (30s each side)
2. Ring Drills-Lateral Slalom : Forwards & Backwards
3. DB Reverse Wood Chops (30s each side)
4. 4 Square Drill: Forward-Carioca-Backwards-Carioca
5. MB Seated Russian Twist
6. TRX Pike *Modify with Jack Knife
