Fat Loss Challenge Day – Total Body Workout
Each Friday we will have a challenge workout for you to test your fitness against others in the class or on the web across the country.
- Obstacle Course Jog/Walk: 5 min
Workout: Perform the exercise below 3x as fast as possible with good form.
- Push-Ups with Hands on Ball:10
- Forward-Back Lunges: 10
- MB Slams: 10
- DB Skull Crushers with Bridge with Ball: 10
- Crunches with Disc:15
- Jump Rope: 50
- Burpees (no push-up):15
- TRX Wide Rows: 15
