Total Body Workout
1. Backwards Lunges with Arm Raise (5each side)
2. Star Burst Burpee: 3
3. Bridges: 10 Add Leg Raise: 5 each Side
4. Low Side Jump Lunge Touch: 5
5. Push-Up Commando (2 push-ups with one knee up & roll): 2
Perform the following exercises for 1 min each. Complete 3 rounds.
1. Backwards Lunges with MB Press (30s each side)
2. Band Kneeling Trunk Rotation (30 s each side)
3. Star Burst Burpee
4. Row with Kick Up
5. Low Side Jump Lunge Touch
6. Push-Up Commando (2 push-ups with one knee up & roll)
7. Battle Ropes: Double Slam (30s)
Workout time approximately 21 minutes (7 minutes rest)
