Lot’s going on right now…holiday parties, shopping, and getting ready for 2011. I am excited for the New Year because it is another opportunity to start fresh. A fresh start for everyone including me. It doesn’t matter what happened last year or this year. 2011 provides us with opportunity. Opportunity to make more money, get in better shape, complete relationships that are incomplete, improve sleep habits, make better nutrition choices and more. Take advantage of your opportunities and take action to create an awesome 2011.
Since you will most likely have some time off in the next few weeks I recommend writing down your goals and figuring out, WHAT DO YOU REALLY WANT? This is not an easy question and one that can take many years to figure out. With some good meditation the answer may be provided to you sooner (see the meditation article below). Let’s not worry about the likelihood that the answer will most likely change over time, What Do You Really Want Right Now? Why do you want to lose the body fat? Why do you want to work out?

NEW: Starting January 3rd, there will be an additional 9:30 am SF Bay Area Fit Body Boot Camp on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays at San Mateo Gymnastics. There will also be a baby sitting and gymnastics option for the kids. Mom’s, you can now workout and your kids will be entertained and taken care of. Contact me for more details if you have kids under 5 and want to do the 9:30 am class. Shamp’s Mini Camp at 9:30 am on Mondays & Wednesdays at Belmont Personal Training will be transferred to San Mateo Gymnastics and the price will be lower!
New TRX Boot Camp starting January 11th. This small group training program will be on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 5:30 pm for 50 min. Space will be limited to 8 people so we can create the best training environment for RESULTS! This will be similar to a personal training session at 1/3 the cost.
