Core-Cardio Workout of the Day:
Organize the campers so that there are 2-4 people at each exercise.
Perform the following exercises in a circuit for 3 rounds for 60s each before moving onto the next station. Rest for 15s
1. Lower Ab Curl with MB Btw Knees
2. Tramp Jumps
3. Lateral Ball Roll
1. MB 3 Way Chops: Right Center Left
2. Ladder: Icky Shuffle-Forward & Back *Jog back to start after each one
3. Ball Side Lying Groin (30s each side)
1. Seated Bench Crucnch
2. Forward-Forward-Back-Back Over Line (30s leading with each foot)
3. TRX Y
