4/16 Menlo Fit Core-Cardio Workout: FREE Community Boot Camp
Warm-Up: Self Massage, Stretches 

Perform the following exercises for 1 min as fast or as challenging as possible with good form for 2-3 Rounds: 

1. TRX Plank Lateral Swing 

2. Pass & Follow 

3. Lower Ab Partner Curl with BB Btw Knees 

4. Softball Semi Circle-30s  each 

5. MB Partner Russian Twist (Increase Rotations  Each Side Up to 1 Minute) with Sit Up 

6. Ropes: Lateral Step with Chop- 30s  each 

7. BB Superman Toss 

8. Ladder-In-In-Out-Out 

Cool down & stretch (5 minutes)
