It is very hard to commit to anything for the rest of your life.Establish a weekly “Cheat Day” where you allow yourself a taste of all your favorite indulgences. This cheat day concept does not work for those who are allergic to specific foods. For those that are sensitive, reactive or intolerant to foods, it may be okay if done at most once per week.
For the most part, it’s OK to cheat once a week – just indulge with control, and stick with your clean eating habits on all other days.
