It is Sunday and I am getting ready for a week of hanging with the family. I am teaching my morning classes on Monday and then I am off. Not to worry, classes will still be hopping and I just finished writing the programs for the week. Kyle, Ron and Jeff will be teaching in Belmont and Semisi will be teaching the Saturday class in Menlo Park. Thank you all for taking over for me!
Last week, many started Detox Programs. From the amount of interest I received, it seems as if many are ready to get back into the swing of things as summer comes to an end. My Summer Party at Twin Pines Park in Belmont is coming Sunday August 28th (11:30 am-2:30 pm). This will be a family event for all my clients and email subscribers. There will be a jumpy house and other kids entertainment. The adults will have fun sharing detox & boot camp stories, eating organic food and maybe even playing some games.
