Burlingame Weight Loss Core-Cardio Workout of the Day 11/15/11-– 7 Exercises to See Your Abs

Floor Stretch: 10 min 

Walk/Jog: 3 Min

Perform each exercise for 60s with 10 s rest for 3 rounds

1.     MB Wall Side To Side Rotations *Hit the wall as hard as possible with MB *Face the wall and alt sides each rep *Arms straight

2.     TRX Prone Pendalum *Elbows or Hands *Lock

3.     Prone Flutter Kicks *Hip Extension *Cross arms and let head fall into arms *Legs Straight *Toes Flexed

4.     Supine Crunch Hip Opener *While performing crunch straight up, open legs to sides. *Start with feet together, legs extended *Reach as high as possible

5.     Swiss Ball Prisoner Cobra Hold * Lock Shoulders Back & Down *Wide Fee *Walk Out As Far As Balance Pernits

6.     Glider Kneeling Roll Out *Move from hips *Arms Straight

7.     Supine Lower Ab Curl  w/ MB Under Kness *Flex knees to hold MB in place over calves and curl pelvis with movement

Walk/Jog: 3 Min After Each Round

Cool Down: Static Stretching
