Fat Loss Tip #16- Eliminate Dairy For 7 Days

Yesterday was Fat Loss Tip #15- Eat Real Food. I received a few distraught e-mails on this tip because it challenges our modern convenience, way of food consumption.

We have been programmed to believe pasteurized milk products “do a body good.” Gotta love marketing. It is truly amazing to me that one of the most devastating foods in the grocery store has been sold to the American population as a “Health Food.”

Many of you are still resisting giving up your pasteurized, poison, dairy products even though you have heard some of the possible side effects.

Yes, even milk, half and half or cream in your coffee can be devastating to your health. Two exceptions are organic butter and whole fat, pasteurized, organic yogurt. Many people, like me do well on these dairy products (ideally they would be raw also).

I hear a lot of people concerned about their coffee intake…the dairy in the coffee is much worse.

Don’t just take my word for it because that generally does not lead to long term change. Pasteurized dairy is one of those foods, like sugar, alcohol, grains and recreational drugs, where you need to figure out if you have a problem yourself.

Hopefully, you don’t hit rock bottom with your health before you finally realize it.

Fat Loss Tip #16- Eliminate Dairy For 7 Days– Here is an experiment for you to see if pasteurized dairy is a problem for you:

  • Take my Toxicity Questionnaire today: TEST
  • Weigh yourself and preferably take your body fat.
  • Avoid all dairy, so no milk, cheese, cream, half and half, ice cream, milk shakes, cottage cheese, kefir or yogurt (pasteurized and raw) for 7 days.
  • Look at the ingredients of food labels and make sure there is no dairy also.
  • Repeat Test and shoot me an email with your findings.

Here are some common side effects of pasteurized dairy products (all symptoms are supported by western medicine physicians and researchers-click on links below):

Breast Cancer
Prostate Cancer
Skin Problems (Rashes, Hives, Eczema
Rheumatoid Arthritis
Digestive Complaints (Gas, Constipation, Cramps, Diarrhea)
Allergies/Hay Fever
Ear Infections
And Many More

Interestingly enough, when people add back pasteurized dairy (generally milk, cream, half & half, ice cream, milk shakes, cottage cheese) after elimination, their symptoms come back as can be seen & experienced with repeated testing and observation.

Even more interesting…when adding raw milk & cream back into the diet after elimination, generally the symptoms do not come back.

That explains why the problem is not dairy but the processing of the dairy- pasteurization.
