Boot Camp Menlo Park  1/14/12-  Partner Medicine Ball Core Workout

Cardio: Obstacle Course (5 min)

Perform the following exercises in a circuit for 1 min for 3 rounds:

  1. MB Chest Pass (30s) –> Add Moving Feet (30 s) *Move ball around
  2. MB Slams
  3. MB Trunk Rotations (Facing Each Other) (30 s each side)
  4. Basketball Lateral Shuffle (30s each direction)
  5. MB Underhand Power Throw *Throw as high and as far as possible *Heavy MB’s here
  6. BB Push Up Hold with Push To Partner
  7. Partner Lower Ab Curl with Wide Knees *Hold Elbows of Partner *Knees up vs curl for the advanced

Finish with Basketball 3 Man Weave as a Group-5 Min
