Warm-Up: Self Massage, Stretches
Perform the following exercises in a circuit for 3 rounds (50s each):
1.     Sandbag/Plate Walk
2.     TRX Hip Drop (25s each side)
3.     Battle Ropes: Egg Beater with Semi Circle *Partner Holds
4.     Band Trunk Rotation *Isolation (25s each side)
5.     Jumping Jacks
6.     Push-Up Hold with Opp Arm & Leg *Wide Feet
7.     Backwards Jog
8.     Swiss Ball Bridge with Straight Leg Raise *Keep Hips Up & Level  *Feet On Ball
