San Carlos Boot Camp 3/13/12- Get Strong Abs & Improve Your Cardio
Stretches: 10 min
Obstacle Course: 5 Min
Description: each exercise for 1 min for 3 rounds:
1. MB Partner Lateral Shuffle (30 s each side)
2. Crunch with Corkscrew (30s Each Direction) *Legs move in circle outwards (30s) & inwards (30s) *crunch position
3. TRX: Y &T or Band 3 Way Pull-Aparts on 1 Foot (30s each foot)
4. Swiss Ball: Bridge with Push-Pull (One arm pulls while the other pushes-camper will end up on each shoulder) *Keep bridge
5. MB Sit-Up Toss * RT-Center-LT (30 s Each)
6. Ladder: In-In-Out-Out (Forwards & Backwards) (30 s each movement)
7. Battle Ropes: Underhand Grip Unilateral Wave (30s) *Forward-Back Jack (30s)
Circle time- cool down stretches (5 min)
