Personal Training Menlo Park Boot Camp 4/12/12-  30 Minute Core Blaster


Warm-Up (Stretches) (10 min)

Core Workout: Perform 3 Sets of the following exercises in circuit for 1 min. Rest approx. 20s after each set.

1. Glider: Standing Groin *3 B’s *Stay Tight

2. MB Bent Knee Combo Crunch (30s each side)*Keep Tuck *MB starts overhead and touches foot *Straight legs to make it harder

3. Battle Ropes: Kneeling Overhand Grip Rotations (30 s Each) *Other person stabilizes on 1 foot

4. MB Side to Side Rotations

5. Ball Cobra (Hold 60s)

6. TRX Hip Drop (30s each side)

7.  Prone Lower Abdominal Swiss Ball  Curl *Swiss Ball Btw Knees

Perform after :  Obstacle Course (5-10 min)

Circle Time: Cool down & stretch (5 minutes)
