Warm-Up & Review Movements Below (10 min)
Perform Team Dynamic Warm-Up 2x Each (Full Court):
1. Jog
2. Backpedal
3. Weave
4. Zig Zag (Cut RT–>Cut LT)
5. Lateral Shuffle
6. Carioca
7. Skips
8. Shuffle with Skip
9. Liners-Full Court
Perform the following exercises for 1 min each for 3 rounds:
1. Band Standing Wood Chops (30s each side) *Arms Straight
2. One Leg Bridges (30s each side)
3. Plate Standing Reverse Chops (30s each side)
4. Swiss Ball Kneeling Balance *Use Wall For A Spotter
5. Bosu Crunches
6. Band Walking Side Step (30s each direction)
7. Glider Prone Plank Groin
8. Superman Fly (Hold 2s)
Circle Time: Cool down & stretch (5 minutes)
