Boot Camp Fitness San Carlos 5/9/12-  Try This Total Body TABATA Workout!
Dynamic Warm-Up: 10 Min
Exercise Review (5 min):
Description:     Squats: 10
2.     Backwards Lunge with Squat: 5 each
3.     Prisoner Side to Side Lunges: 5 each
4.     High Knees: 10 each side
5.     Monkey Push-Up & Jump: 5
6.     Wood Chops:5-10
7.     Prisoner Side to Side Lunges: 5 each
8.     Jog/Walk/Shuffle/Skip: 3 min
Tabata: Perform each exercise for 20s with 10 s rest for 8 sets total. Do all 8 sets before moving to next exercise.
1.     Plate/MB/Sandbag Backwards Lunge with Squat  *Stay in squat position the whole time and do alteranting lunges
2.     Partner Mirror Image Agility Drill *4 sets each as the leader
3.     Pull-Ups or Pull-Up Hang or TRX Row or Partner Row
4.     Monkey Push-Up & Jump (see video) *Lock shoulders back & down
5.     Prisoner Side to Side Lunge  *This is a stationary side lunge *Add weight as needed
6.     MB Slams
7.     Jump Rope or Rip Trainer Chest Press with Squat (4 sets each side)
Circle Time-Cool Down Stretches: 5 min
