Warm-Up & Review Movements Below in WOD (10 min)
Dynamic Warm-Up-Line Drills: 5 min
  1. Jog, Shuffle, Carioca, Skips, Weave, Zig-Zags
  2. Walking Backwards Lunges: 10 Each Side
  3. Straight Leg Touch: 5 Each
  4. Dynamic Spiderman: 5 Each
  5. Long Jump: 10 Each

Description: Description: each exercise for 50s in a circuit for 3 rounds:
  1. Battle Ropes: Double Wave with Lateral Shuffle (25s) *Partner Holds Rope
  2. Bench Crunch *Lock
  3. Partner Pull-up  (25s each) *Butt out for standing person
  4. Prisoner Split Squat Jump ( 25s each side)
  5. Mountain Climber in Low Push Up Position *Rest as needed- very tough *Bend elbows and get low
  6. Ankle Band Monster Walk-Fwd (25s) Back (25s)
  7. Plate Floor Press *Lock
  8. Swiss Ball Leg Curls
Finish with Ultimate Frisbee for 5-10 Min
Circle Time: Cool down & stretch (5 minutes)
