Redwood City Personal Training Boot Camp  5/14/12- Partner Total Body Challenge Workout
Dynamic Warm-Up with Exercise Review: 10-15 min
WOD: Perform the following exercises as fast as possible for 27 minutes. Have them count number of rounds.
1.   TRX Biceps & Triceps: 15 Each
2.   Walk/Jog/Sprint-Liners
3.    Crunches with Partner Leg Pull: 20
4.   MB Partner Lunges: 15 Each Side
5.   Battle Ropes- Partner Single Wave: 15
6.   Partner Push-Ups: 10 *One person holds plank- other push-ups placing hands on body of planker
7.   Partner Band Wide Rows:  20
8.  Partner SB/MB Squats: 15 Each *Catch SB or Heavier MB during the descent of the squat. This is a challenging eccentric  load- they have to control the landing of the squat. Keep the partners close to each other to make easier
Finish with Med Ball Pass (3 min)!
Circle Time: Cool down & stretch (5 minutes)
