Boot Camp Fitness San Carlos 5/15/12-  Beach Body Core Workout
Warm-Up (Floor Stretches): 8-10 Min
Obstacle Course: 3 Min
Perform the following exercises in a circuit for 3 rounds for 1 minute each:
1. TRX Hip Drop or Kneeling MB Side Bend (30s each side)
2. Supine Lower Abdominal Knee Ups *Attempt to bring knees straight up with knees bent *Use arms as needed to lift butt off ground
3. Pitt or Mat Crawl * Stay low
4. Battle Ropes-Kneeling Rotations (30s) & Bicycle Crunches (30s)
5. Ball Bridge with March *Head on Ball *Bridge Hips Up & Alternate March with Feet
6. Disc or Bosu Crunches *Get full rom- extend spine
7. Side Steps (straight & bent knees): 30s each
*After each round, walk or jog for 2 min
Circle Time-Cool Down Stretches: 5 min
