I'm Back!

Happy Monday!

Thank you to all that participated in the American Cancer Society Relay For Life event over the weekend. A special thank you to Fred Ehlers for being the Team Captain and committing 24 hours to the event and the cause. Fred walked over 45 laps. One of our teammates, Lisa not only walked from 12-3 pm on Saturday, she came back on Sunday morning from 3-5 am to walk again. You are awesome! We raised $2100.

I look forward to seeing everyone back at boot camp today after my week and a half away.

It was a busy July with the Dynamic Variable Resistance Training Certification (Sandbag Training Course) my trainers and I completed, Tony Robbins “walk on fire” event I participated in with about 17 of my friends (none of us got burnt feet), Relay for Life Event and the family vacation.

I look forward to the Hot August nights, awesome boot camp workouts, stepping up my Tough Mudder training and seeing all of you at my Community Barbecue on August 12th at Twin Pines Park in Belmont from 12-4 (Please RSVP).
