3 Fat Loss Tips to Get You Back on Track!

How is your summer? Have you been able to stay active and eat healthy while on vacation and away from the normalcy of a regular schedule?

I have seen many Bay Area Parents rev up their fitness routines, committing to 5K’s, 10K’s, half marathons, marathons, adventure races, Tough Mudder’s and other obstacle course challenges. Our Boot Camp programs on the peninsula have experienced massive growth and the new energy in the programs has been a lot of fun.

However, I have also witnessed a number of people suspend their training because of travel, which is typical of the summer months.

If you are struggling with your nutrition & workouts here are 3 fat loss tips:

  1. Do your best to get in a morning workout as soon as you wake up.
  2. Within one hour after your workout, consume your largest meal.
  3. Eat every 2-3 hours and never go hungry.
