The Trail Run & Hike Group will meet next Saturday, December 21st at our new time (7:30 am): Waterdog Lake-intersection of Lake and Lyall in Belmont We will do between 4-8 miles. You can do more or less, walk, jog or sprint 🙂

After the trail, come to the Saturday Boot Camp Challenge Workout at the Carlmont High School Track in Belmont @ 9 am. This will be a FREE Community Workout so bring your friends.
Starting January 4th, there will also be a 8 am Saturday class at the Harbor location given the 9 am has been popular. Saturdays are generally a fun challenge day. We use a few of the obstacles in the Youth Obstacle Boot Camp. This will get you ready for Tough Mudder and Spartan in 2014!
