Join Coach Mike and I at the San Carlos School District Wellness Fair (Arundel Elementary) Saturday, March 15th from 10:00 am-3:00pm. We will be putting kids through our obstacle course every 30 minutes starting at 10 am. This is a FREE community event.
Boot Camp sessions are getting full! We are no longer accepting new clients for the 5:15 pm session at the Harbor location in Belmont or the 6 am session at Burlingame Boot Camp.
We are working on a new Belmont Studio location that will allow us to accept new clients soon. In 3-6 months, we also hope to have a new Burlingame location where we can offer evening programs.
Starting Monday, March 17th, we are adding a new 8:30 am time at the Burlingame Boot Camp. The program will be held on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Coach Tonya will be leading the group. Please share with your friends!
