I have a few more to add to the list:

  • Go Lean Cereal or anything made by Kashi. This is far from health food and you will not be LEAN, but gassy with an inflamed colon.
  • Grapenuts

I did find a good cereal sold at Costco and Whole Foods. Try Qi’a.
