July 13th at 11 am: Self Myofascial Release – Lower Body Workshop with Wendy Figone

Wendy is back for another session. This will be a great workshop for those complaining of joint or muscle pain in the lower extremities (ankle, knee, hip) and runners who stress their bodies with each stride.

Did you know a tight plantar fascia can contribute to backaches and headaches? Pain can often be reduced in minutes? Do you know where your fascia is not moving well? Come to a unique self myofascial release workshop and create awareness and fluidity within your fascia.

The Trail Run & Hike Group will meet Saturday, July 12th at 7:30 am: Pulgas Ridge Open Space Preserve Trail. We will do between 4-8 miles. You can do more or less, walk, jog or sprint 🙂
