Today we have a modified schedule. Trish is coaching at the Harbor Studio in Belmont @ 8 am and 9 am. Kristen will teach at 7 am and 8 am outside at the Menlo Park location.

I have many subscribers out of the area and I have been thinking of various ways to support them in their goals like we do for people here in the Bay Area. Soon I will be offering a weekly, group nutrition & lifestyle coaching program for those wanting more education, coaching and accountability to decrease stress, weight & body fat, and to improve tone, sleep, overall hormonal balance and more. There will be a weekly group call that will be recorded if you can’t listen live. You will do a weekly body composition test and enter it into our body fat tracking software, you will share your challenges and success stories with me privately or the group, we will have a topic of the week and occasional guests speakers to join me and we will support each other through our journey. This will be free to Boot Camp Members as an added value; however, those of you out of the area can join the program. Out of town subscribers, please let me know if you are interested and what times and days are best for the calls.

The Trail Run & Hike Group will meet Saturday, September 6th at 7:30 am: Pulgas Ridge Open Space Preserve Trail. Hikers and runners are welcome. Please invite your friends and family for this free community workout. I am excited to not be out of town and join you. We will do between 4-5 miles. You can do more or less, walk, jog or sprint 🙂
