We’ve rigorously worked with an agency who specialises in Application Development Tools to bring this mobile app to you – and we’re super proud to be releasing it! Please download the APP if you are in the Boot Camp Program or would like to start on a 6 Week Transformation Trial:
The Mobile APP will allow you to:
• Schedule sessions easily- please schedule before walking into sessions
• Check in at your Boot Camp location as soon as you are near the location (Very Cool!)
• Check your past attendance so you can reward yourself for your accomplishments
• Contact me via phone, email, website, Facebook, Twitter, You Tube.
• Get important updates (new schedule/location changes, holiday hours)
• And more.
Over time there will be new features added to the Mobile APP.

The Trail Run & Hike Group will meet Saturday, September 27th at 7:30 am at Waterdog Lake-intersection of Lake and Lyall in Belmont Please invite your friends and family for this free community workout. We will do between 4-5 miles. You can do more or less, walk, jog or sprint 🙂
