We’re starting our 2nd week of the 2014 Holiday Transformation Challenge. So far, 45 boot campers have committed to the challenge. If you haven’t signed up yet…why not?

If you are looking to lose body fat and weight I am making it simple for you. Not only could you reach your goals before the holidays, but you could also win $1000. The Trail Run & Hike Group will meet Saturday, October 18th at 7:30 am at the Cross Country Trail off Ralston in Belmont: Directions Please invite your friends and family for this free community workout. We will do between 4-5 miles. You can do more or less, walk, jog or sprint 🙂
