One way to slow down life is to slow down your breathing. Make it a goal this week to perform at least 5 minutes of diaphragmatic breathing upon rising, in the car or prior to sleep: Breathing
Lie on your back or perform seated:initiate breathing with belly–>rib cage and then chest, instead of initiating with chest. Breathe in and out of nose for approximately 15s each breath (5s inhale–> 5 s hold–> 5 s exhale). While breathing think about 3 things you are grateful for and then what 3 things you are going to do today or tomorrow to achieve your goals.
