Clearly there is an interest in eggs? 

My last email “[FOODIE FRIDAY] Breakfast Cookies Without Eggs- Why No Eggs?” had the highest open rate I have ever seen on an email @ 70%. That is unheard of in the marketing world, especially since I have thousands of people on my subscriber list.

Why are you concerned about eggs? I am guessing because you like most of the world consumes eggs often. For the gluten free folks out there, eggs tend to be an added ingredient in many gluten free foods. How do you know if you have an issue with eggs? Keep reading and I will give you a few options to figure that out.

Maybe there are also other foods to be concerned about, but the whole idea of this seems like a fad or way too complex, too expensive or you really don’t want to know (which is a lot easier)? 

Because if you knew there was a correlation between your health, weight & body fat and the foods you ate, you would have to change your lifestyle right?

I personally believe figuring out your ideal fuel source is worth knowing so you can live a happy, healthy quality of life. This awareness will save you lots of pain in the future. Pain will result from poor health and high medical bills. 

After being in the health & fitness arena for 25 years I believe most of our health problems are related to our lifestyle- the foods we eat, the water we drink, the air we breathe, the amount of quiet time we take for ourselves, the quality and quantity of our sleep, the quality of our relationships and the movement we get. 

Our bodies can only handle so much STRESS and when they are overloaded, pain results. By changing our lifestyle we can reduce stress and pain.

This is a simple 10-day metabolic detoxification that can remove toxins from your body and by taking action, you can start to feel re-energized soon.

  • You will not know foods you are currently eating are a problem until we take them out and add them back in over time. The problem is that we tend to eat the same foods all the time and feel the same way, so it is hard to know what the culprits are unless we remove them for a period of time.
