From my experience with past 75 & 90 day transformation challenges the winners typically reduce their body fat between 6-8%.
A good body fat reduction in 5-6 weeks is 3%.
Our winner below lost 6.3% body fat in only 5 weeks. She also lost 17.7 pounds and 26.5 inches.
