I have created a fast and effective workout (only 30 minutes of main exercise time- we do warm-up and prepare for 10-15 minutes prior) that is customized to accommodate any fitness level from absolute beginner to those who need exercise modifications for injuries to a seasoned workout vet.
- How often can I come to boot camp?
For the best results possible, you need to come at least 3 times per week. I do understand if that is not always possible, but at least 3 boot camp sessions per week has really proven to be the “magic number” for maximum fat loss and metabolic elevation.

- Is nutrition part of the program?
OF COURSE! You and I cannot “out-train” bad eating so nutrition is a HUGE part of our success plan. It is a simple and straightforward program that has a ton of flexibility yet gives serious results. NO “DIETING” & NO COUNTING CALORIES!
- What are the workouts like?
I won’t lie – they are as tough as you want to make them. But we also cater to almost EVERY fitness level. The workouts include weight training, body-weight training, metabolic acceleration techniques, and targeted cardio training. It’s hard to describe, but the results we get speak louder than words.
- When does it start?
The official kickoff for the program was TODAY – but you can still register!
