Why do you want to look and feel better? Grab onto the first answer that comes into your mind and that is your unique reason WHY. Your reason could have to do with weight, size, shape, strength, appearance, health, function or longevity. Or it could be about something completely off the wall. Hey, it’s your reason and there are no right or wrong answers.
This reason “why” is your motivation, and it is this thought that you need to return to whenever you’re feeling discouraged or want to give up. Remind yourself of your “why” often.
