We are close to the New Year – have you decided on any resolutions? Lots of people wait until the New Year to make a resolution but wait, you don’t have too. You can get started anytime of the year on that personal change or goal you have in mind. If you haven’t made any resolutions yet this year, consider taking the time to commit to one small healthy change. With the New Year just around the corner now is the perfect time! Here are some suggestions:
- Don’t eat after 7:00 pm.
- Drink a healthy protein shake for breakfast.
- Cut out that daily sugary snack.
- Exercise a minimum of 4 days each week.
- Join one of my exercise programs.
