To play is to engage in activity for enjoyment and recreation rather than a serious or practical purpose
Most people come to us because they want to lose weight and regain health.
One of our 3 main components is our fitness program.
For many who begin with us, the workouts are often approached as just another thing on the to do list and it seems as if it is more work than play.
How about going to each workout with a playful mindset?
What would life be like if we surrendered the outcome of exercise and focused more on breathing with each movement and allowed the body to move freely?
