The word of the week is PURPOSE!
Purpose is defined as the reason for which something is done or created or for which something exists.
Purpose can guide life decisions, influence behavior, shape goals, offer a sense of direction, and create meaning.

The purpose of my life is to be a Vessel for God, Agent for Change and a Force for Good. To appreciate my blessings and to do healing work for myself and others!
I say this often (especially when I am feeling tired on those early, cold mornings) and during workouts to drive my purpose into my nervous system. It fires me up to serve as many people as I can!
