The word of the week is COMMUNITY!
A community is a group of people with a common agenda, cause, or interest, who collaborate by sharing ideas, information, and other resources.
I have been in the health & fitness space for 29 years and for the first 20 years I primarily focused on one on one personal training. Although the training programs were more specific for each individual, my results and reach in the last 9 years have been 100x better with a focus on group personal training.
Unexpected surprises of our group training have been greater fitness enjoyment, improved exercise consistency, and even better and faster weight loss & fat loss.
These results are the side effect of a supportive community of like-minded people (YOUR NEW FITNESS FAMILY), which can’t be replicated in a one on one personal training environment.

In this day and age, most are lacking positive role models and support.
