Tomorrow is Our Annual *FREE COMMUNITY* 4th of July Workout.🎆🎆🎆
If you can’t make it tomorrow I have a FREE Workout you can do on your own below.
Everyone is invited, and it is open and FREE TO EVERYONE (current, past & future clients.)
As usual with our workouts, it will be as hard as you want to make it and you can modify as needed.
You will burn fat. You will have fun. You will feel like part of the team!
Here are the details for tomorrow…
July 4th Schedule:
Coaches Rolo & Jamie will be teaching at 8:30 am at the Carlmont Track in Belmont on Alameda.
Coach Gerald and Tonya will be teaching at 9:30 am at our San Mateo Location on Peninsula & Delaware: 866 N. Delaware (between Safeway and CVS)
Workout in the morning and elevate your metabolism for up to 48 hours after with our afterburn workout model.

Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in.
It’s that simple.
If you can’t make the 4th of July workout try the 1776 Rep Bodyweight Challenge. This is a body weight workout that you can do anywhere.
